Ok, I mean really… This is the one year I’ve really tried to get into American Idol. I figure, I’m in the industry, and this is something that everyone talks about, I need to watch it. After this last episode, I’m wondering if Idol producers even have a clue as to what their viewers want. How can anyone complain about song choice when they are giving us entire shows dedicated to crap like Neil Diamond and Dolly Parton? Sure they had a couple of decent songs, but an entire show dedicated to that? It was so ridiculously boring that I couldn’t make it through the whole show, I had to turn it off. Someone needs to fire the music supervisors for the show, this is terrible.
PS: Could the judges make it any more obvious that they want David Cook to win? He’s good, but lets be fair here…
You did NOT just refer to Dolly Parton as crap…I’ll try to forget you said that…Neil Diamond…he is scary to me, so that is totally okay…
